We only ship within Canada.
Items are shipped from my home in Naramata, BC.
Flat items are shipped by letter mail in a little bubble mailer with a $2.50 stamp.
Large items are shipped in a $15 flat rate Canada Post express-post bubble mailer with a tracking number.
