Many other BC Rockhounding guides are full of sites in Northern BC, the Rockies, and near the Vancouver area; however, I found there was a dearth of guides with sites closer to my current home in Naramata, BC. So, I set out to make one myself.

Some of the descriptions and directions are quoted directly from other people’s books or guides on rocks in the area, but most are a combination of found information and details from my own experiences rockhounding in the area.
